Mirror Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or interacting with the Mirror mobile application, web application at futurelegendsai.com/mirror, or related APIs, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Future Legends AI Inc. ("Future Legends AI", "we", "us", or "our"). If you disagree with any provision in these Terms, you must immediately terminate use of Mirror and uninstall the application.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use Mirror. You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to form a binding agreement.

You may access Mirror in Guest Mode without an account, storing state purely on-device. If you opt to register a cloud account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate credentials and remain fully responsible for safeguarding your login security.

3. The Mirror Service & Capabilities

Mirror provides the following core personal finance capabilities:

• Financial Digital Twin: An evolving cognitive twin that reflects spending velocity, cognitive biases, and savings rate.
• Multi-Scenario Reality Timelines: Simulates predictive trajectories (e.g., Aggressive Builder, Balanced Compounding, Sabbatical, Career Pivot).
• Receipt Intelligence: Optical character recognition (OCR) and expense tagging via Google Gemini multimodal vision.
• Opportunity Radar: Curated educational feed of high-yield concepts, micro-syndicates, and regional economic concepts.
• Wealth Circles: Synthetic and decentralized cohort benchmarks for peer habit comparison.

4. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

When using Mirror, you explicitly agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of Mirror or its AI scoring models.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, corrupted receipt files, or fraudulent documents designed to disrupt the platform.
• Use the opportunity feed or wealth circles for illegal money laundering, sanctions evasion, or fraudulent syndicate schemes.
• Impersonate any other person, entity, or institution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Mirror application, user interface design, twin behavioral algorithms, branding, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Future Legends AI Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to the user, except for a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Mirror for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MIRROR IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY OF SIMULATIONS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS WILL OCCUR IN REAL-WORLD FINANCIAL MARKETS.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Future Legends AI Inc., Robert Mburia, or its officers, directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, investment losses, data loss, or emotional distress arising out of or related to your use of Mirror.

8. Termination & Data Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with Mirror at any time by wiping your local data or submitting an account deletion request through our Data Deletion Portal.
