  • Limited Information: As a private company, Future Legends is not required to provide the same disclosures as public companies.

Accredited Investor Requirement

ONLY ACCREDITED INVESTORS MAY INVEST IN FUTURE LEGENDS.

Under SEC Regulation D, an accredited investor must meet at least one of the following criteria:

Income Test:

  • Individual income exceeding $200,000 in each of the prior two years, with expectation of the same this year, OR
  • Joint income (with spouse) exceeding $300,000 in each of the prior two years, with expectation of the same this year

Net Worth Test:

  • Net worth exceeding $1,000,000, individually or jointly with spouse, excluding the value of your primary residence
