By accessing and using SPECTRA (the "Service"), operated by Future Legends Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

SPECTRA provides cryptocurrency market analysis, trading signals, dark pool detection, portfolio tracking, and related financial technology tools. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activities
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Service
• Not share your account access with unauthorized third parties

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans:

• Individual Trader: $19/month
• Pro Trader: $49/month
• Institutional: $149/month

4.2 Billing:

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund:

• Contact support@futurelegendsai.io within 30 days of your initial purchase
• Refunds are only available for the first billing cycle
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process
• No refunds for subsequent billing cycles or partial months

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

TRADING AND INVESTING IN CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR INVESTMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE LEGENDS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses or investment damages
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on our signals or analysis
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Future Legends Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your trading activities and investment decisions
• Your violation of any third-party rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Future Legends Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.
