Clair Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, downloading, or using the Clair application or web portal at futurelegendsai.com/clair, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Clair is an assistive technology application for older adults and their families that analyzes document images, invoices, text messages, and screenshots using Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude AI to highlight fraud markers and summarize documents.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (€7.00 / month)

Clair offers an all-inclusive monthly subscription plan priced at €7.00 per month (including applicable taxes):

• Payments are handled securely via Stripe or Google Play In-App Billing.
• Subscriptions renew monthly automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time directly through the app settings or via Stripe customer portal with no penalty or hidden cancellation fee.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Future Legends AI, its founders, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from fraudulent third parties, missed scams, or decisions made based on AI output.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
